SweetNotSalted is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, please note that colours or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted or rendered in our online stores.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - CUSTOM CAKES AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Custom Cakes: When designing your own cake, please carefully select the desired features, toppings, and any additional extras. Only the items you have paid for will be included in your cake. Custom cakes will be assembled and delivered in layers; we do not sell tiered cakes.
Free Services:

  • Frosting piping designs in any colour

  • Two-layer cakes

  • Cake shape

  • Frosting types

Additional Charges:

  • Cake size

  • Cakes with more than two layers

  • Toppings

  • Fillings

  • Floral options

  • Ombre-style colour gradients (colours blending into each other, e.g., colour gradient or stripes)

Please note: While frosting piping designs, cake shapes, frosting types, and two-layer cakes are complimentary, additional charges may apply for complex designs or specific requests. By placing a custom cake order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Order Placement: Orders can only be placed online through our website.
Payment: We accept payments through Shopify Payments, which allows you to use credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Through PayPal, you can pay using:

  • PayPal balance

  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB)

  • Debit Cards

Please note that while we only accept payments via PayPal, you can still use different card types through your PayPal account. Specific payment methods available may vary depending on your location and the payment providers we have integrated.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

SECTION 5 - DELIVERY
Delivery Charges: Delivery charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes: All orders must be confirmed at least one week in advance. We will make every effort to deliver your order on time; however, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Timeframes may be affected by unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, traffic, or supplier issues).
Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information. We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Perishable Goods: We strive to provide quality cakes and services. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us immediately. We will take steps to rectify the issue. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods, and photographic evidence must be provided.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright law.

SECTION 8 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

SECTION 9 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

SweetNotSalted is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with SweetNotSalted. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and SweetNotSalted, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with SweetNotSalted.
